Mustard Seed Co-op Cafe

The Mustard Seed is a co-op grocery store on York Blvd nearby Dundurn Park. In September the co-op added a coffee shop just inside its entrance. If you don't live in the neighbourhood, The Mustard Seed is worth an out-of-the-way trip for their coffee bar, specifically for their current seasonal offering: a spiced squash latte. 

I was skeptical about squash in my coffee, but with the first sip, I knew they were on to something. I no longer think about the typical pumpkin spice latte when I'm craving a seasonal beverage. I will be going to the Mustard Seed Cafe as often as I can while the spiced squash latte is on their menu. 

If you're looking for regular coffee, The Mustard Seed Cafe has that too, serving locally roasted Relay coffee. The cafe also has indoor and outdoor seating, wi-fi, and donut monster donuts. Everything you need, basically.
